Some documents are complex and contain multiple markups for different disciplines and design milestones. We can group these markups into Layers that function similarly to layers in CAD and BIM programs.

Layers can be turned off, locked, and toggled to print or export. We can isolate specific layers and turn all layers on with single functions. Layer configurations save us time by allowing us to turn specific groups of layers on and off. We can even use “Child” layers to group layers under a “Parent” layer.

Layers can help us organize our markups and save us time when showing pertinent information on our documents. For more information, please contact us at info@ddscad.com.
