When we type data for “Subjects”, Labels, Authors, and other categorizations, the entries are stored in a special function called the “Auto-Complete List”. We can find this in our Preferences, and this list can save us time when assigning certain information to our markups.

Since categories are case-sensitive, we can accidentally add extra spaces or characters to our data. We can manage our categories in our Auto-Complete List and rectify any mistakes. As long as a markup doesn’t have that label or category, the entry can be removed.

Using the Auto-Complete entries to assign categories to our markups is simple to manage. For more information, please contact us at info@ddscad.com.
