Changes between revisions can be extensive and detailed, yet quite subtle. Tracking these changes could take tons of time and require us to carefully scan at least two sets of documents to confirm that specific changes were made.

Luckily, Bluebeam Revu contains two functions that can cut down this comparison process into a few minutes: The “Compare Documents” and “Overlay Pages” tools work hand-in-hand to determine where changes were made and what exactly those changes are, respectively. Hence, we use the pneumonic, “Compare = Where, Overlay = What” to remember how both functions act like our eyes and brain working together to give us all the data we need in a timely fashion.

Comparisons and Overlays are one of many sets of dualities in Revu. For more information, please contact us at info@ddscad.com.
